Too much estrogen:

  • Water retention
  • Fatigue Rash
  • Breast swelling
  • Fibrocystic breasts
  • PMS-like symptoms

  • Craving for sweets

  • Desire to isolate (due to irritability)
  • Fatty foods can upset digestion

Too little estrogen:

  • Hot flashes
  • Shortness of breath

  • Sleep disorders
  • Vaginal shrinkage
  • Painful intercourse
